Open-source CRM · AGPL-3.0
Companies, people, deals, a pipeline, and quotes your customer accepts online. One install for all your companies, hosted in the EU or on your own servers, and usable from Claude or ChatGPT.
Under construction. Hosted accounts are by invitation for now; self-hosting is open to anyone.

A deal, line by line
A CRM earns its place when nothing falls through between two conversations. Here is what happens to a deal in Soldlyne, in the app’s own screens.
01
A form on your site posts to Soldlyne, or an email lands in a connected mailbox. The person and their company are there, with the conversation on their timeline.

02
Every deal sits in a stage and should have a next step. The home page says what’s due today, and what has gone quiet.

03
From the deal to a quote the customer reads, downloads as a PDF and accepts online with no account. Accepting moves the deal to Won.

04
Over a period, for all deals or one project: won, lost, open, weighted value, a stage-to-stage funnel, channels and activity.

The honest ledger
Soldlyne is under construction. This is the whole list, kept in the same words as the code’s own documentation.

From your assistant
Soldlyne is an MCP server. Add its address to Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client as a remote connector, sign in, and it acts for you in every workspace you belong to. Everything it does is recorded as done by an assistant.

How to connect itMany companies, one install
A workspace is one company. Every business table carries its workspace, with row-level security enabled and forced, so a query can’t reach another workspace’s rows whatever it says. One account can belong to several workspaces and switch between them from the sidebar.
ALTER TABLE "Deal" ENABLE ROW LEVEL SECURITY;
ALTER TABLE "Deal" FORCE ROW LEVEL SECURITY;
CREATE POLICY "tenant_isolation" ON "Deal"

USING ("workspaceId" =
current_setting('app.workspace_id', true));Two ways to run it
The software is the same. There are no plans or prices yet, and this page will say so until there are.

From cold to sold
Soldlyne never sends prospecting email. That’s the job of Coldlyne, its sister product, with Coldlyne’s safeguards. Today the two run side by side and know nothing of each other. A link between them is coming: a reply with interest becomes a deal, no cold email goes to customers or open deals, and there’s one opt-out list for both.

Questions
It runs, and the features in the list above are built, but it’s under construction: expect changes, and read the list of what isn’t built yet before you depend on it.
Hosted accounts are by invitation for now: opening your own workspace by signing up isn’t built. Write to us for access, or run your own install, which is open to anyone.
Self-hosting costs what your hosting costs: the software is free under AGPL-3.0. For the hosted edition, plans and prices aren’t set.
The hosted edition’s app runs in Vercel’s Frankfurt region and its database at Neon in Frankfurt; its mail goes through Resend’s Irish region. All three are American companies, so EU hosting says where the data sits, not who runs the servers. If you need more than that, self-host.
No. Soldlyne’s Google access is read only, and the only mail it sends is its own to members and the link to a quote a member chooses to send. Prospecting is Coldlyne’s job.
It records a customer’s yes: a typed name, a ticked box, the date, the IP address and the browser. It isn’t a qualified electronic signature, and Soldlyne gives no legal advice about what your quotes must contain.
Not yet: the app’s screens are in English. Your quotes carry your own text, in your language, but their labels are in English too.
Read the code, run it on your servers, or ask for a hosted workspace.
